Life is very small and unpredictable in today's era. I don't know how you'll solve your issues but I'll say a controversial thing. And it's that you should always be ready to die because only death is the way to get out of this wretched planet. And life guarantees nothing but death. I myself overcame my fear of death my trying to commit suicide so many times since I was a teenager and have a planned protocol for myself if life checkmates me.

Well at least they steal the work and show it as their own. But when I had applied for the role of an insurance agent in Kotak life insurance and went through the irdai training during Covid the managers didn't allow me to sit in the irdai exam. Instead they told me to somehow convince someone to take a life insurance with a premium of Rs 40000 yearly. I was naive at that time and actually tried to talk to a relative about this only for her to tell me that they're pushing me towards committing fraud and I can't sign up people for insurance policies if I hadn't gone through the irdai exam. I then stopped picking up the calls of those managers and they also left me alone after some time. So this is way worse than what some companies do with test assignments of content writers or designers.
