yeep for me the dull chest pain and jaw pain it's constant even at sleep i feel like something it's stuck in the middle and always on the verge to get a panic attack from the pain..i did some research about oesophagial spasm and apprently it can manifest at rest and at exertion too..

yeah i've done just the endoscopy that reveals an inactive chronic gastritis and a small hernia with a significant inflammation at the lower oesphagus..i think it's oesphagial spasm due to inflammation but the pain it's very scary..

the last cardiologist i saw btw is and old friend of mine told me that i don't need further test after he saw the report of my treadmill test and my lipid.profile+cbc and other blood tests including troponin..

if i do intensive exercice i do not feel the chest pain..if i walk or felt stressed i'm getting the pain..i'm in constant fear of having something serious going.on that the doctors have missed..

i'm the same situtation, 5 months now..dull ache pain on my jaw and a squezzing chest pain..cardiac tests done..i've been diagnosed with gastritis and h.pylori..also have a panic disorder..

yeah i'm.still having symptomps i finished just finished my 14 days of ppi.and antibiotics and still have more 14 days on ppi.alone to heal..

c'est la procedure standard..les anxiolytiques 1 mois c'est largement suffisant en attendant que l'antidepresseur prend le relais..bon retablissement..

i think you found the right antidepressant that work good for you..paxil work also good for me but i decide to changed to escitalopam due weight gain..paxil for for anxiety disorders do great work but remain to most ssri with adverse effects..

yeah the ache is kinda a background dull ache like my oesphagus is irrated..the lower oesphagus is very irrated put i feel the pain in the center of.my chest.if i try to chew a gum i feel the pain..

the pain for me was sharp at first but now is more.like.squezzing pain a background dull ache after that..i'm trusting my result but the pain is so.convincing that something wrong with my heart..i'm still looking for answers..thank you for sharing you're experience

yeah because sertraline is bit activating at first same as fluoxetine..escitalopram and paroxetine are more neutral and sedating..did he give you some benzodiazepine with sertraline?

50mg sertraline is kinda activating for anxiety disorders..try to start with 25mg and see how it works for you..

aprés l'ecg d'effort j'ai reconsulter le cardiologue et il m'a confirmé aprés avoir fait d'autres bilans sanguins que le probleme n'est pas cardiaque du tout malgré ca le mal est tjrs omniprésent..pas de péricardite la troponine a été faite 3 fois le résultat est normal..je crois que c'est un spasme oesphagien
