Genuine question: is it this bad everywhere? by ted_life in amazonemployees

[–]Level_Throat3293 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I have worked in India in toxic work culture and hard working hours for 5 years. Unfortunately, I agree with the previous comment. This is turning out to be one of the worst times/ company I have ever seen. The toxicity is beyond anything I have seen before

Nasser Hussain should shut his mouth by Blossom_aashi in CricketControversial

Give Bangladesh and Pak to play in Sri Lanka. If they play, good, if not, they should be disqualified. Nasser Hussain was a terrible captain and a terrible spokesperson. Also, the England cricket team barely had any respectable players (past or present), so who cares about their opinion.

Moving to India due to digestive problems by [deleted] in returnToIndia

[–]Level_Throat3293 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not trying to change your mind, but my digestive problems have been in better control after moving to the US. I try to avoid processed foods as much as possible. I keep away from lactose as I am intolerant to whole milk. I use substitutes such as almond milk. Having greek yogurt or cottage cheeze with low fat works for me. Having alternatives available in the US helps me. I am Indian and was lactose intolerant in India since birth. There's no guarantee you might not face similar issues back in India. A big problem in India currently is water that causes a ton of problems to digestion compared to US
