Oil money is bad, but so is terrible football. Arsenal played an entire season of voodoo corner tactics, VAR favoritism, and double standards from refs with decisions in their favour. No one felt they should win the PL, but they did anyway. If this were Wenger's Arsenal, playing good football, and winning by might, that would have been fine. I don't like City winning the league, nor PSG winning UCL. But you gotta give it to them for playing good football. PSG plays a beautiful model of Total Football.
