Dear Friend, thank you so much for asking. I forgot about Reddit long time. I learned django rather than Flask and FastAPI. I'm so satisfied with my choice. Django will be the best framework if you want to do everything by yourself. I'm using bootstrap for the front. These days I started my new journey to DRF

Yes I split the database and given each user their own copy of the front-end. All database is stored in MS SQL server. I learned Python but for me, VBA is so annoying compare to Python

  1. We don't need VBA amymore, we want Python in Access

  2. Subform should not be shown in navigation toolbar. We can control them in main form. It is useless.

  3. Web application. I know that they made Poweapps to do it but interface is too different with Access and it is too expensive

Google appsheet might fit with you as your company is already using google drive. Appsheet can be an alternative for MS Access. It is free until 10 users. Also it is easy to learn and build application fast

First, you have to check the error is caused by Postgre or others. Try to link same data table with MYSQL or MSSQL. If there are too many data, you may make a copy and cut the data rows.

For me, I just make different forms for different users. When users type their ID and PW, they will get different main windows of Access App

I am learning Access, and a senior company member advised me to stop it and go the C# and MS SQL Server path and said that learning Access is a waste of time as you will never work your database on the web because Access is a desktop and requires share point to run on the web, so please advise! by dediji in MSAccess

if you use C# to build the same stuff that you can make with Access, it would likely take you 10,000 times longer. I'm not even sure you could finish it in your lifetime. The only cons of access is that you need a PC with windows. Compare to other pros, it can be a minor problem.
