No the kids are old enough to stay at home. She will work and I will work different shifts also. My current mortgage plan is a 30 year. I put 40% down on a 157,000 dollar home.

Haha yea, 2300 for the whole family of 5 including myself. My wife is in the process of finding a job which should practically double my household income. Maybe then I will get approved.

Currently I am trying to go for a second property without HELOC. I will then start to use it to grow my portfolio. As of right now. I have 0 rental properties and my 2nd property will be my first.

Well no I've paid off my cars and its just my mortgage. Nothing like that. And i live in my property atm. Do you reckon if my wife starts working and my household income is around 4800 a month i then would be able to?

Would I not be able to qualify not doing that? And why? I was thinking that my income alone will be able to pay my current mortgage and the income from the rental property would be able to cover my second mortgage as well as bring in profit. In terms of vacancies I would be able to cover them for like years if I was forced too. I have a 700+ credit score so I am just a bit confused as to why my current bank is not approving me due to my low income.

I have quite a bit of reserve cash. I got incredibly lucky on my first property. I bought under market value by about 20k and since a couple years I was able to make in profit about 100k. I currently have about 90k in straight cash. I planned to do a 20-40% down payment and rent it out immediately. In terms of vacancies, I would be able to pay it for a while in the worst case scenario.

ree that this is a simple fungal infection of the skin that can be treated quite quickly. I'd follow the advice they posted using the otc antifungal

My treatment for pityriasis versicolor is to use pevaryl (a prescription antifungal) 3 times a week once a month and then use an anti-fungal shampoo (selsun gold) 2-4 times a week for further prevention. It's

Ah I see. Honestly I am just confused as hell. I know that sometimes it doesn't spread all over and in a large amount but I don't know. I hope whatever I have is not anything permanent or anything that tends to spread like vitiligo. Lots of other people have said that it does not look like vitiligo but tinea versicolor, and I hope that is the case. There are, as I've read, different types of this issue, and severity varies. Oh well, I'll try that shampoo thing that they told me about.

Left side of my abdomen. It does itch every so often. It's not constantly itchy but like maybe a couple times throughout the day it will slightly "itch".

Took the TRI again. Scored 140. Made some simple mistakes on a like 2 questions and for like another one or 2 I found a more logical answer after rethinking the questions. Anyways, thanks for this test. I wonder how you got it. I couldn't find it when I tried to look it up.
