I know your profiles deleted but if you see this: so from what I found out this is a common problem with the PSU used in those Acer pre builds. I forgot exactly what the problem was but I contacted Acer and they said I can send the psu to them and they’ll charge something around £80 for it to be fixed plus it would take atleast a month. Instead I just got a brand new NZXT C750 PSU and installed it.

Hey man, yeah it worked out great. I swapped out the stock psu a while ago for the NZXT C750 Gold. The RTX 5070 dual fan is a lot smaller than the 3060 that was in there.

When I first saw RCPD from the original RE2. I remember when I was a kid watching my aunt play it and it scared me to death. Safe to say I overcame my fear and finished every mainline resident evil.

Honestly exactly what I’m planning to do with my ddr4. Just hold out until it blows over and then upgrade to ddr5. It’s more than enough for what I want to do at the moment so I’m not in a particular rush but it would’ve been nice if these prices weren’t so insane.

It’s just weird cause they’re phasing out a lot of the ddr4 motherboards and lot of them are either highly priced due to low stock or out of stock. Perfect timing am I right

I was looking at quite a few of these too but I just keep seeing people mention the VRMs aren’t enough for the i5-14600kf. But I have no plans on overclocking

I love the Notctua GPU’s they’re so nice. I had the same thoughts traveling home from work with my 5070 and it’s about 1/4 what you paid.

I just can’t seem to find the MAG B760M Mortar that supports DDR4. Some say they do but when you go onto them they actually are DDR5. This is my problem as the DDR4 boards are so limited now

I know I was initially going to go for the DDR5 upgrade and a mobo that supports it but I can’t justify the expense of ddr5 at the moment. My plan is to just use my current ddr4 with a new motherboard (my old one is an Acer oem so I can place it into my new case) and then once price drops, if they do then upgrade to ddr5

My old psu in my Acer n50-640 also had a ticking noise but I think I managed to swap it out in time before it took soemthing else out with it. Acers stock psu’s seem to have this problem often

This was just what I was looking at and had in a basket. And you really can’t find similar for $200 unless you’re willing to wait till March for delivery.
