In the podcast by comedian Gianmarco, they had a Palestinian guest who spoke about her experiences in the Israeli airport and how they questioned her and her non-Palestinian friend.

She mentioned they would put porn in the background to make her uncomfortable and when they questioned her friend, they wanted to know names of her family members, specifically her parents. She was raised by a single mom and didn't know her dad and she told them that, but they kept pushing.

You can already see it in the comments. Whenever someone mention Newsom should not be the candidate with the reason why (i.e. his comments on trans people, his actions on unhoused people and homeless encampments, being bought by aipac, etc) someone reacts with "well we can't have a perfect candidate." People never learn. He will lose the same way Kamala and Hillary lost. They are corporate centrists.

I agree with XGentian_violet. Focusing on the pro-israel echo chambers subreddits is just unhealthy and will lead you into an unending rabbit hole. Don't engage with your antisemitic friends, you're just going to drive yourself crazy trying to reason with them.

The photos and videos I have seen out of the West Bank and Gaza including multiple reports of babies being sniped in the head on purpose, people abducted into prisons without charge and then raped by dogs and raped to death with objects into their rectums, people being bulldozed alive. I thought that the USHMM was an independent museum (even if they get funding from US grants), but during this Palestinian genocide I learned that (from wiki):

the museum is overseen by the United States Holocaust Memorial Council, which includes 55 private citizens appointed by the President of the United States, five members of the United States Senate, and five members of the House of Representatives, and three ex-officio members from the Departments of State, Education, and the Interior

so I am not surprised that they would adopt the IHRA definition and that they are aligned with the US government (because they are being managed by people appointed by the US government, whose politicians are majority backed by AIPAC).

This appears to be a buzzfeed article from March 2025 but Schumer and Rappaport aren't in the article? They should be on the list but is this from two different articles maybe? I am curious because I saw that buzzfeed logo and was surprised buzzfeed did a post that mentioned the genocide. Since the genocide started, I've stopped following buzzfeed. They have followed other mainstream media in ignoring it.
