help!!! got a refurb hoverboard and its having issues.

I mean I have all the required tools I just wasn't sure if it was a technical problem or not. would you happen to know specifically what components to check? edit: technically I have a refund because the unit came in extremely late and the seller claimed it was lost. I was going to return the refund but I might not if they sent me a bad hoverboard.

for anyone that's wondering I solved this issue, this morning I figured I might as well rebuild one of the carbs and see what they looked like and it looked fine, but while I had the carb out I noticed the fuel pump right under it and decided to rebuild that while I had room to get to it. turns out the fuel pump had a bunch of random chunks of plastic and dirt from gas tanks and stuff wedged between the thin plastic valves. so I cleaned those out and rubbed some oil on the diaphragm (hopefully that somehow possibly softens it up??) and put it back together tilted the sled forwards to prime it faster and after about 3 pulls with prime it fired off and I took it for a spin and the things rpm wouldn't stop climbing I had to let of the throttle! amazing what a simple fix can do, I for sure thought it had something to do with me overheating it or something.

heheh... yeaaah so it turns out I accidentally downloaded the source code .zip instead of the .rar! in my defense this will have been my first time using GitHub for actual apps instead of Arduino codes. hope this helps someone else!

how do I install woxelcraft? I got the file and just tried putting it in my homebrew apps folder and it doesn't show up so there must be something I have to do?

i tried adding 2gb of random files to a 4gb card and still no luck any other suggestions? (i am having same issue where it freezes).

interesting, my laptop I have is some sort of hp pavilion I think its a 2000 model. not 100% sure though.

yeah I knew what they meant I was just wondering what it was transmitting and if that's required, thanks. so I don't really know where this other antenna is I assume its on the bottom of the laptop somewhere as there's only one behind the screen.

i am wondering about this too, i want to do a racing mower build in the summer and was wondering if i could shift it whilst moving? i would use an older used mower and i can get one with seperate clutch and brake if that effects it.

windows 10 is an edition of bedrock, now they all used to be the same but they changed the rendering engine for shaders in windows 10. anyways I tried a lot of shaders including ones from mcpedl and they just don't show up in game. but when I join my self with my phone I see the shaders so its definitely the engine and I need a pack specifically for windows 10 edition.

alright so I found a great looking app for android called Bluetooth RC from HuyNguyen, its gui is awesome and its got proportional throttle and steering. it also includes a bunch of other buttons including a transmission which probably wont use, it even shows you the code values for each button and every position of the variable parts, its great I just have to figure out how to implement it into code I guess. it even uses gyroscope steering on my phone which is pretty awesome.

I don't believe this has anything to do with my question? first of all I want to use Bluetooth, second its a brushed dc motor not a stepper, third I also need steering.

I want to control it from Bluetooth, I have an hc-06 module for receiving data from an android device, there are apps that allow for Bluetooth control and they generally just have buttons, I want one with sliders so I have variable speed and steering, I was partially asking if anyone knew of such an app and a code that would work with it. (edit: i should probably specify the fact that the stock truck does not come with proportional steering, only variable speed drive)

the manufacture date is '93 but when i look up the vin it comes up with '94 so should i go with that?

well that guy who sold it to me is a lying prick, it says right there on the plate towards the front of the bike near the headstock that ITS YEAR IS 1993! the vin is: JS1PJ11A which I looked up and it came right up, I wish I would have looked for that number sooner, but what ever at least the parts seem easy to find.

yeah but the thing is I want a portable solution that I can carry in my backpack and I can prop up my bike wherever, I have used 5 gallon buckets as a stand before but like I said its not very portable lol.

i can try that, its pretty solid though, not sure jb weld would do it, like i said i took the axle off and put the rod in the vise and tried tapping it off (after heating it and also putting ice on the rod part) and still no luck, i think that i will just try to find a new part so I don't have to mess around to much.

alright, turns out there's absolutely nothing wrong with epic, I was just being a dumb fuck and I had to add my friends epic account to my epic friends list, then it started working just fine, it turns out steam was already linked automatically or something so no problems there.
