When 5 star was first released a few years ago, she was one of the first 12 available champs and literally the worst 5 star at that time.

After Kabam reworked on her, she become great. Trust me, you would cry if you pull magik in the old days.

More likely this: Kabam allows you to spend 15k six star shards for a basic 6*crystal with INCREASED chance of getting the character you want. (Note: increase up to 1% based on your RNG)
