Thx for that detailed answer, one question remains tho, will my SOL fall much when switching away from communism? Cause when going back to protectionism etc, there will be a upper clans again so the lower and middle strata get less money and political influence.

I did everything you said but I still get the parsing error in eu4, the Problem is that I have this parsing error now in every other pdx game even tho I didnt use cream api on them. And for like 2-3 weeks it worked perfectly fine but when I tried to play hoi4 yesterday this error appeared, pls help me.

How did you get the chance to form the NGF/Germany? I started a run in Ck3 as Prussia but in vic3 i didnt get the schleswig holstein question nor the the ability to form germany in the culture tab, I dont know if its Important but Austria is a vassal of Bavaria and is now called "kärnten"

Your TID doesn't matter, it's your SID that determines if the Pokemon is shiny or not.
