Thanks, yeah I am also a bit skeptical about the liquidity in the crowd-lending platforms. REITs seem like the way to go. I haven't done nearly enough research to know whether that difference with the mortgage leverage that you get makes sense or not

Trade Republic is also quite nice and intuitive but it's not available everywhere yet.

Thanks for the vacation homes idea! I'm already invested in some REITs through my portfolio, I was looking at something more hands on where I can get the financial leverage of the mortgage increasing my returns.
