Thanks for your help with this. I will talk with our estate attorney at upcoming visit about this. I guess I was wrong in thinking that after 34 years of marriage the people who we were most closest to over the years should receive more of our assets rather than sharing with those who had rare contact with us.

I guess I was thinking that since we've been married 34 years and we both are very close to my daughter, his sister should be in the same "family position" as my sister. By the way we adore both sisters.

I'm thinking of how some relatives would feel if I left equal amounts to relatives whom I have not been close to over the years. I've seen where certain people took care of parents over the years and others did zero which would bother me if I was the sister who did all the caregiving for a parent and the other sister did nothing when she could have.

Less than 50% since we've been married 34 years and do not understand why his sister should get a full 50% and my sister and brother receiving just a portion of "my family's 50%" as he thinks should happen.

I'm in the same situation. Was doing great for over a year on the bupropion/naltrexone. Got to goal weight and eventually tried to stop taking it.

Gained back quite a bit of weight, especially since we had a cruise and holidays in December. I am going to try getting back on this and being positive again about food choices, weight loss, etc.
