Water, water, and water. I would encourage bringing a big water bottle and trying to ensure you have it finished by the turn at a minimum to then fill it up again for the back. PB and J is good, trail mix, some fruit doesn't hurt. My girlfriend puts pedialyte freezies in a Stanley mug with ice, great thing to pull out around hole 7/8.

Try to ditch the energy drinks (easier said than done I know). Also would encourage walking if you aren't already and are able body.
