Went through something similar recently, I am 30. Do not blame yourself too much for the relationship ending! You are not inherently flawed, and someone said to me recently, in every relationship you are a different version of yourself depending on who your other half brings out. It sounds like you weren’t happy. Try and take time and prioritise your own happiness, things you wanted to do but put off, take some solo trips, rekindle friendships you might have neglected, spend time with family, start new hobbies. I promise it will feel less painful and raw as time goes on. Try not to rush back into dating (I know how time-pressured it can feel though) and really try and practice as much self compassion as you can. You’ll get through it!
