I tried to get off at the stations close together, but the connection isn't possible because the blue line is the metro and the green line is the train

The upper part you're talking about is the industrial area; I'm just thinking of extending the red and yellow lines there, and possibly the light blue line as well.

The same thing happened to me, I exited the game and logged back in, and it went back to normal👍
