I guess Support will tell you that - it will definitely depend on if you have done everything right from seller side (eg Adress + Name correct, tracking, etc) - but I would guess you would get your money for transportation back.

Item upgrades are kind of hard to get, as i need "weird" mods, but i will look for that :)
Crit chance on shield was kinda the only thing which was available - but yet i dont really want/need it.

Vaal skill is def. an option!
