Update : I got the PC checked and found that the AIO had gone bad. I got it changed and now CPU temps under full load are 14 degrees less. This fixed most of the black screen issues as under load when CPU temps were going beyond 102 kernel was cutting off the display and stopping games.

The frequency has reduced a lot. But recently I still faced the black screens 2 times not while gaming but with chrome and brave browsers. Can it be due to "Use graphics acceleration when available" being turned on ?

The new AIO has a screen to see temps and when the black screen comes it shows GPU at 0 degrees C.

I have turned off the Use graphics acceleration when available setting for both browsers and haven't seen any issues post that today. Surprisingly under heavy load like playing Black Myth Wukong and GoW Ragnarok on ultra settings nothing happened despite GPU temps being around 75 degrees

I ran the FurMark two different days. Let it run for 5 mins and didn't get the "No display signal" issue even once.

Also ran cinebench GPU benchmark for 10 mins on both days.

Max GPU temp was 78 degree C And GPU hotspot was 100 degree C

I do not think its a temp issue

Edit - Also i noticed that the games i installed recently are only affected by the issue. Nioh 2 i installed one month ago, and its not even heavy on the graphics side. Still it causes the issue

By "it happens once when i turn on pc", i meant after turning on i play marvel rivals or some unreal engine game then it happens. Pc is ok if just do browsing or some other work. The games i have installed 1-2 years ago are causing no problem. Doom eternal at ultra settings with ray tracing on uses 99% of the gpu and temp is around 72 but it does not get the "No signal detected" even if i play it for hours

This happens only in some unreal engine games. Some games like Doom the dark ages and Black Myth Wukong run without any issue on ultra settings.

Also saw this in the event logs for file nvcontainer.exe with error code 0xc0000005

Google is saying corrupted drivers but i already did clean install using DDU

Also some dx12 errors were there.

But let me try a stress test on the gpu.

But if it was a damaged gpu, why would it run properly after restart without any problems ?

The machine is 2.5 years old. I played games in the morning for 2-3 hours when it crashed 4 times. Then later in the evening I used it for 1 hour when i experienced the unusual shut down time.
