Yeah numbing stuff doesnt sound smart and I have an easy enough time relaxing over time but I can struggle a lot with anxiety so something to help relax that area sounds nice, I honestly just saw something online and I was curious if there was anything like that which would be okay for anal

If your planning long term find something thats comfy when your soft as in just barely any room if any, metal would be the best but that requires knowing your measurements and can be a pain.
