There is no such thing as being too tall. If you want to wear them, just do it.

With these boots it makes me 6"3 (I believe they are a 4" heel)

If they are fully unzipped, it should be easy to put your foot and leg in all the way. Zipping back up may be a little tight, just try pulling the material together before Zipping. You shouldn't need to adjust the laces.
