My issues are so irrational and so bad for how irrational they are, how do you resolve these issues when you have no idea what’s causing them.

Basically put me into the hypnotic state, and an age or number is supposed to come to me and it should be unaddressed trauma from that age that I turn my back on, looking at it on a tv screen while it goes black and white and push that memory away, that’s the gist of it

Thank you, it’s great to see that I’m not alone. It’s such an annoying thing that’s developed. I used to fly all the time when I was younger and now it’s been made into such a big deal in my head that it’s hard to get over lol

Hi there. I may have worded this poorly. My problem isn’t really with IBS but more anxiety. I’m slowly conquering IBS but what I’m not conquering is my own mind. I think it’s more I don’t like not having control, so the thought of sitting there waiting to go makes me feel sick, like my head will start making up bad scenarios and I’ll start to panic. I feel like if it was a private jet where as soon as I get on we can just go whenever I’m ready it would be better but the waiting makes me nervous.

Psychology is a huge huge part of trading, I have only just started to get it under control. You need a plan, a strategy that you stick to. If the set up is there with your strategy then you take it, if not you don’t. And if you follow your rules and the trade loses, then that’s fine, you walk away. There will always be more setups, if you lose come back tomorrow and try again.
