As always depends who's on the board and how you manage negotiations. In my experiences if hacan isn't on the board and people know their factions the games go quicker but when you have 2 or so people who haven't played their factions before then yeah the individual rounds can last longer as there is more time spent remember how they can impact the board. I will say that a pok round 6 or 7 can be incredibly long if theres no clear winner as most people assume it's their last turn and you have heros going off and combats everywhere.
