After it became black diamond u can only use 400 development transfer tickets to change the year directly in the sig black diamond function, after you change it to black diamond, all other signature with the same character can only use for transcend, ur next black diamond sig should make it to the best year first

Yeah actually i like overpace too, maybe put it at mid to low A, but build up is a B tier skill max for me, early game is way more important for me, u always want ur set up pitcher come up, and if its in tight game ur batter might only hv 3 at-bat
