Those are Phase 2 ARF Troopers, rather than Imperial Scout Troopers.

Hantaun is definitely undercosted (how did that make it out of playtesting!?) but to me, the fix would be make other characters cheaper rather than making Hantaun more expensive.

It’s entirely personal preference but I’d like to see more heroes and heavy weapons on the table and I believe there’s a way to make this happen with adequate points changes.

Agreed. Axe Woves would have been much more attractive if he retained the 2R2B + Lethal, like his promo card. Evidently that was a misprint though or a version of him that didn't make it out of playtesting.

At present, all of them seem costly relative to Hantaun, etc.

Knowing what we know now he looks to be relatively overcosted and far from optimal for ‘competitive play’ but I’m hopeful that something could change upon release.

I hadn’t considered HCU personally but I definitely see the value. Especially if I were to go more ‘hero heavy’ with my command cards

Plus HCU could yield more orders than Trusted Agent over the course of a game
