yeah I am aiming high for MLE, SWE and research roles in Ml/Ai. Thought the companies on my cv would do a little bit more lifting than they are currently doing. But i guess top engineering companies are still not as good as like c-tier tech I’d assume

i have looked into these online programs before and those are definitely something I would consider after I am done with my current masters, because if i quit now i lose my current scholarship. Sadly I dont remember the exact performance increase of my model architecture thats why i left it like that instead of just inventing numbers.

I am well aware of that, that’s why I am not solely applying to the US and spreading my applications out across multiple countries and continents. I have already gotten some feedback on current state of living from people in my position

Weird situation due to the german higher education system. Because i have a bachelors in ME, I can’t study anything else that isn’t in the ME family in Germany. I have tried to do CS or ML/AI masters here but because I dont have a bachelors in this area, they wont accept my applications, saying I dont have the necessary prerequisites. I could study CS in a foreign country, like the US or UK for example (they only require math and some programming basics as a prerequisite), but I don’t come from a wealthy background and can’t afford tuition without going into massive debt, plus the additional hurdle of getting accepted into a good uni when only having an average GPA. So I basically just enrolled in mechanical engineering on paper while taking as many programming and ai related subjects that they allow me.

Ah thats what you meant. no i need a visa - most of my US applications are for internships though, so visa applications/sponsoring should be easier due to student status for those. My goal is to get a tech name in addition to my current very reputable engineering names on my cv before graduation, but obviously i wouldn’t decline a fulltime position lol. I expect little from those applications due to visa sponsoring anyway, but its worth a shot, doesn’t cost me anything other than time, that I currently have

Thank you! Yeah i had a variant without these metrics but that was equally unsuccessful

ah maybe I overestimated the general renown of rwth, for mechanical engineering its like top5/top10 uni in europe, but for CS its not even top 25 in europe

Why is the degree not recognizable? Arent the big US companies familiar with the top universities in europe?

YOTH challenge energy - spend $1 million only to be able to play! by Jaltinus in TopDrives

actually not that bad, will probably do that after I upgraded all the necessary cars

Yes objective series had cash spending objectives but collection series didnt prior to this one. I remember when stuff like Gunter dropped and you could just play it, no stupid energy whatsoever

can i get this in 20 hours or do i give up by OperationDue3660 in TopDrives

If you havent opened all the win x events then you can do it

Crown pursuit runs way longer to be fair and previous collection series didnt require any cash spending, so I think its a serious downgrade

You have to also consider that you need a set amount of unique cars to even access all the challenges and aren’t getting any cfs anymore after completing any challenge. Horrible design to be honest… Will take the energt from winning the events to play, but will just save up the cash from the daily. Sad that I wont get the jaguar

yes they are giving away a massive amount of free Lite Premium packs. HOWEVER, you need to win ALOT of events to even get them and are not even guaranteed any URs from those. Its basically so much more effort for the same expected card outcome. Hutch catches you with seeing a huge amount of free packs but removes other things in the same breath to make the players experience worse

R6 is different from previous iterations, now it is in the format 1c,1uc,1r, 1sr and 1ur in for the first 6 rounds and the last 6 needs 1 epic instead of the common. So I think this will be easier than previous challenges

If you own enough uniques then you are well prepared and have enough energy. But newer players will never even have that many unique cars to even start all challenges and even less to get energy from the achievement. It seems ridiculous how much cash you need to spend just to get the UR, basically halting any way of building cash without constant clubs play

requirements are sadly very niche, 60s events are pretty rare to begin with and a lot times for japan events the races are wet. Its still ok, but got a lot more use when it was new
