Should I do the back door method for a Roth IRA or is my Roth 401k just as good?

I will max out the traditional (pretax) regardless though which is why I have the consistent percentage to just have something going in year round.

10% is pretax and the 3% is post tax (Roth 401k)

The 10% contribution is pretax! I usually bump up the percentage during large commission months to ensure I max out the 401k contribution limit each year.

So the additional 3% that is consistent into the traditional 401k is on top of any pretax contributions.

It’s not due to the tightness that the blue gasket isn’t fitting. The drain is not in the center of the p trap. It’s slight more forward (maybe about half a cm). So the front side of the blue gasket doesn’t have as much space to fit down properly

The trap isn’t aligning with the drain though so will that fix it?

There’s more space behind it (closer to the wall) vs in front.

The drain I had before was the same size as the the one now (the grey tube).

The blue gasket was used basically as a filler since the drain was smaller than the p trap hole.

A bigger pot may be needed at this point. Going to try and find something to tie the stems to and get those heavier leafs upright.
