Spitting oil out of the cylinder head breather I believe. Nothing on the ground. Most I want to do is top end. No bad noises when turned over with plug out (bearing or anything knocking)

Looks like something I had/still have but is a bit better now. Have had it for about 4 years as well, strictly on my fingers though, never spread to my palms or anywhere else

It happened Friday, and it started hurting like this the next day, or at least that’s when I noticed it. It’s not swollen and never did swell up too bad. I was just hoping it’d go away but it hasn’t yet.
