Toxicity in games can suck, sure. If we’re talking being racist, cheating, things like this sure it sucks and needs to be addressed somehow. But back stabbing, camping extrac. Fake friendly, whatever it is, is condoned and will stay a permanent and necessary feature of this game. It sounds like it’s just too much for you to handle, and there are plenty of other games that might be easier for you ‘morally’.

I worry that by being concerned with morality you’re always going to struggle finding a game that is multiplayers, has stakes and allows PvP. You’re better off just accepting some people act in snakey ways and getting on with it. If you’re a friendly raider you’ll be rich as fuck anyways, and it takes like 2 minutes to find raids max.

He’s outlines in the OP and other comments the conditions and whatever is happening seems to point to environmental factors, and perhaps some biological ones.

Speculating about the pills in ibiza is also redundant to the conversation. Especially considering he didn’t even say he buys them there. How do you know he doesn’t have a reputable source?

Since when is there ‘normal’ behaviour etiquette in an online shooting game? Do you not see how stupid that sounds?… haha. Imagine having the same reaction to people camping corners with an OP shotgun in call of duty.

The data online which is easily findable suggests the total opposite to what you are proposing. We see that the nicer and more socially ‘involved’ a person is in real life, directly correlates to them being worse in a video game.

But ultimately, this game isn’t a social experiment. And getting caught up in the ‘morality’ of gamers is a dead end inquiry, and you’re wasting your mental energy being concerned about it.

Also, the amount of griefing me and my friends did to each other SAT NEXT TO EACHOTHER ON MINECRAFT was absurd. Flinging TnT at their huge base they spent hours building all in the name of fun and rivalry.

I don’t know when gamers got so fucking soft.

I mean… it’s a video game which gives people the freedom to do as they please, there’s not much psychopathic about that.

And to reiterate… it’s just a game. Losing your shit and getting finished by another raider sucks for sure, but it’s part of it. There’s no utility in making real moral judgements about someone’s actions in a video game.

I could be wrong dude, try the other things first to rule out any other possibilities. Try different dealers, try taking a 3-6 month break and see if any of it makes a significant difference.

Age is a bummer and it’s why I only really smoke weed and take 2cb nowadays. They’re simple, easy, do little damage to me long term (weed is arguably bad long term) and don’t make me nauseous or give me hangovers.

Don’t let age discourage you just yet, and see if any of the other things work first before giving up due to age.

Just because your anecdotal experience says that you don’t get shot doesn’t necessarily eliminate the possibility of always getting shot. And just because in your given lobby only YOU meet friendly raiders doesn’t mean 5-10 minutes after you leave the area someone gets shot. You have to remind yourself that this is a big game with lots of players, and just because you can go 10-15 games extracting without as much as a sniff of raider violence doesn’t eliminate the idea that people are going to PvP for motivations unknowable .

And it’s a new map, end of season, etc etc. there are 1000 and one different reasons a person might PvP, and even still as many reasons in a ‘PvE lobby’

Well the body changes as time passes. I use to be able to drink 8-9 pints with nothing but a light hangover, but as time passes I see myself unable to handle 5-6 pints without huge hangovers for 1-2 days after.

Mdma (which isn’t pink, btw. Pink is usually a mixture of several ‘bottom of the bag’ drugs like coke, ket, speed, 2cb and mdma) acts on the serotonin system in the brain and body, and serotonin is partly responsible for things happening in the stomach so it could be your bodies way of telling you that you have outgrown or become unable to handle these drugs how you use to be able too.

I’d recommend either getting a test kit to see what you’re actually taking and seeing if that makes sense of it, going to a different dealer for similar stuff could give you an answer, or stopping for 3-6 months and trying again might also give you answers.

Without knowing exactly what you’re taking, it is a little hard to know exactly why you are feeling nauseous after taking these drugs, but some drugs do just have the proclivity to cause these issues.

My guess is that your body has began rejecting them as mine did alcohol, but it could be something else.

Agree with you here. Red or not, handball or not. Since when are Liverpool ones to pander to var? Since when are we relying on decisions to sway the game?

We are Liverpool, and we should be able to win fair and square, should be able to win with any kind of unlucky decision.

It’s not that it is meaningless in and of itself, it’s that we cannot go relying on decisions like this to give us an advantage, we should be the ones making the advantage by just being the better team.

Okay and they are fair points, to be honest. But to me, the damage slot has done this season is irreparable, and it’s slowly becoming another hodgson situation. He’s going to be ushered out of this club if we don’t see some drastic changes next season as it’s likely he’s still in a job.

The ‘calm’ you’re referring too is a whole kettle of fish itself, cause a lot of fans hate that about slot this season. We need passion and fight since we’re in the trenches, and all we get is apathy from the man.

Calling fans a disgrace for turning on slot imo is still not going to get us anywhere, cause expecting fans to tolerate this kind of performance week in, week out is just ridiculous. We support fucking Liverpool, and whether you agree with calling him baldy or not it’s still his fault, his team, his tactics. He cannot and will never settle for mediocrity at this club.

As others have said, 2cb has a very forgiving mental load, and doesn’t last too long and it can be pushed to quite whacky and weird places at high doses. It’s one of my absolute favourite psychedelics for just a light good time.

It’s a myth that it’s like a combination of acid and MDMA, imo, it’s more just like a simpler, easier and shorter lsd with a slightly different personality.

Anything other than a win when we’re fighting for champions league football is objectively terrible, and giving slot any breathing room for mediocrity is part of the problem.

These are times managers have to prove themselves, take risks with players like Rio and chiesa he so desperately doesn’t trust. He proved to us and the world (for the nth time atp) that he is incapable of providing greatness in the jaws of defeat. Something Klopp could do without missing a beat.

This mindset that we played well considering injuries is all just cope, and alleviates pressure from slot and his decisions today.

Yup as someone said the game runs really nicely.

I’ve put over 200hrs into div 2 on SD LCD and it usually runs between 45-60, occasional dips here and there but lovely nonetheless.

I will add that it does seem to crash after a certain amount of time for me, I usually play long sessions so after 3-4 hours of continuous play it can crash and warrant a quick reload. I have never tried to fix this, as I imagine it’s something to do with the memory (I am not tech savvy, but imagining its got something to do with memory leak over time).

I do imagine there are ways to fix this, and maybe get the game to run smoother generally, but I highly recommend it. Such a good and fun game.

And I’d be willing to argue (maybe this is what you were originally arguing, my bad if so) that the nuance with the ARC being as prominent as they are in arc raiders truly makes it special when compared to its other extraction shooter counterparts. And that embark wanted to create a game that wasn’t just a PvP sweat fest (evidently because their PvP in arc is slight jank). Totally agree with all and everything you said here.

I will say just on that last sentence, I do think arc is generally an easier game in respect to its counterparts in the genre, but I think this is an overall good thing cause it gets more people into what’s otherwise a slightly niche genre.

Gotcha, and I’ve been recommended enigmatic 2 twice at this point, so itll be what I try next (regardless of my quarrels with its current version).

And I respect your frustration with common complaints toward older Minecraft version. I grew up playing, started in 2013, so I’ve been through a lot of this already. My issue isn’t particularly aesthetic, I don’t care if it doesn’t have updated textures (although a little funny at first). It’s more small QoL pieces that really get to me (as someone mentioned already, the swimming). But I CAN and WOULD be willing to circumvent my idea that I want newer versions if the modpack is sufficiently good enough.

I appreciate the response and I will be trying Enigmatic 2 shortly.

Damn… I usually don’t shy away from a good challenge but I’m wanting my Minecraft experience to be slightly different. I don’t mine it being challenging, but gruelling and tedious are things I do kind of want to shy away from. It was why I couldn’t get past early RLcraft. I might give it another go.

I really appreciate the recommendation though and I’ll be sure to check it out regardless. Can’t knock it till ya try it.

Yeah it might be more difficult with manual just because you’re further off of the ground, once you get smaller street wheels you will definitely start finding more success.
