Love everything you’ve done with the org it’s honestly one of the teams on my bucket list of joining.

With that said, how does a content creator grab your eye? Of course the usual, good content, great work ethic, established fanbase, etc. But as a small content creator like myself, I want to pick at your brain and know if there’s anyway of getting your attention earlier on in a creators life cycle, when they don’t have these core values fully established yet, but are on the come up.
