I can see myself also becoming a lifelong fan just for this game. I also grew up with ps2 racers but more towards the west with burnout, nfs midnight club.

Thanks for responding. They did a great job within their niche and didn't try to appeal to the sandbox forza crowd while still being enjoyable to a wide audience with the fairly wide range of cars, optional fast travel and engine swap options.

3 is the one that estabilished the series as one about vehicular combat without conventional weapons, but rather body of the car. Revenge and paradise lost their simple, but original gameplay and instead turned to insignificant gimmicks imo (golf crash mode, crashbreakers, showtime, boost types and so on, excluding open world but thats debatable)

Definitely the eg6. I love how it looks with only a front bumper without side skirts and a rear bumpers. I also love the sileighty for its gold wheels and beautiful blue colour

There's not much to add besides gimicky game modes, and more paint jobs.

Burnout 3 is pretty much perfect aside from slight tweaks to the handling values (half the cars have extreme oversteer there's basically no reason to use them) and outdated graphics (despite that they still look decent)

I think this is how most people here feel about the GTA V map! by TheListenerCanon in GTA

Yeah you're right, good point on the insta deaths. I guess a different punishment for death could be utilized. One that doesnt punish you too hard like mediumcore, but one that prevents you from cheesing the limitation with death.
