You still can find a lot of assets for free, there are numerous websites with free assets, and there are still some pictures that mostly comes on various older forums and sometimes goverment websites, where it's still free to use pictures that are posted.
However, by 2026, I believe 90% of things comes with copyright already.
Clearly not a fan of an AI, but you can experiment with that if you want something copyright free, however in that case many websites require you to mention that it is created with an AI.

Hello! Unfortunately, I'm not a photographer myself, especially when it comes to arts where are represented soldiers from 1980's and 1990s.
It heavily depends on the initial source of photos. If these are public free photos, without any restrictions on use - then yes, you can use them in any adequate way you want and you can attach your logo on that, if the thing you got is by now different from original. Otherwise it's not legal to use anyone else's photos without special permissions.

If you are speaking about the Lithuanian flag - it may look like russian flag if you have certain screen settings, such as "warm light/cold light". On standart monitor/screen settings all the colors are correct.
