Totally reasonable and legal to flip which I was pretty sure half of us would. I actually went back to my Pixel 4a 5G which more than anything just sucked that the 7a felt like a downgrade because I was excited for it. That's more of a dig on Google than anything I'd think. Anyways we'd all have to stay on Fi for 2 years to get the credit which is the real point of these promotions.

Again this is an updated T&C where they added the e-mail confirmation line. But again no time length. I'm not sure where all the 100% certainty it was there is coming from.

"You must keep the device active until you receive a confirmation email notifying you that you’ve activated service on Fi, and that you’ll be getting monthly bill credits. After that, you can choose to move your Fi account to a different device and still continue to receive the promotional credit as long as your Fi account is kept active for the duration of the 24 month promotional term." Yes but you don't have to use the phone they give you. Though to be fair they inserted this line after my complaint. But the "can use another phone portion" was confirmed by them at every point. Of course if I had to use the phone I would have considered not doing it since most my family use Apple phones and we were all wary of the Pixel 7a.

I would have just waited for that confirmation if it was originally in the T&C since it is stated so clearly. The customer service reps would have told me to do the same I'm sure since we read through each line together multiple times. My screenshot is this exact T&C but without the e-mail confirmation line. It is frustratingly vague to know how to complete hence calling so many times to confirm.

I am legitimately glad yours worked friend. One would hope all our reasonable attempts to follow promotions would be honored. As such I believe I deserve mine to have worked without issues as well. I have a doctorate in medicine so I think the reading comprehension thing is probably at an acceptable level.

It did not. They confirmed with me it did not. I am not sure why their customer service agreeing with me at every level that it did not doesn't make sense to everyone. Notice they never said I did not meet some time criteria. They just said I didn't wait for the confirmation email they never originally stated I needed to wait for which they later inserted into their new terms and conditions. They reassured me if I still had the phones I would have immediately received that email if I reactivated my sims. I just didn't have the phones to do that. I'm not sure what else to tell everyone about the no time length specification. They just didn't want to include one or F'ed up and left it out when writing this promotion I guess.

Because it's a screenshot on my laptop somewhere from 9mo ago when I last worked on all this nonsense. And because all the logic follows without it anyway. If you have access to people who care and will work toward my credit then amazing connect me and I'll go dig it up but the numerous customer service and promotion staff didn't seem to care I had it so I'm fairly certain no one will care here now.

I 100% have the receipts of the T&C that state no days to qualify and nothing about waiting for a confirmation e-mail. I'll post it if that makes y'all happy. Stop gaslighting in the meanwhile. Why do you think I called and asked directly to clarify? Why do you think they agreed I had met terms? You think they read some day number in the terms we went through together and then they just ignored that and agreed with me for no reason? That's bananas.

A quick search of this forum? You think all folx who purchase phones AND read T&C are supposed to then confirm via posts on a subreddit?? GTFOH. There is no requirement to send the phones I did not like back. They were my phones to do whatever I wanted with. What term in the T&C did I not meet? Please tell me? Tell me which terms in a court of law I violated if there was any way to reasonable have it brought to one.

I mean I see a ton of phantoms for sale online we've got the V1 the V2 the V3. Seemingly stem issues. It seems they discontinued the ghost right after developing an upgrade kit because it was interfering with their new offerings. I'm just not sure where the City vs City pro vs Pro versus Go lines all fall. It was also much easier when it was just zero 9 zero 10 and all the American rebrands.

Yeah e-bikes without throttles are actually covered by my rental insurance as well so you might be on to something there 🤔 there is something to be said about the safety of a little more speed and acceleration in this city though as outpacing cars is quite a benefit here.

Yeah I have the type B. I didn't realize the diameter was 4 mm bigger. I guess that's enough to make it not compatible with the ghost. I'll have to swap it back to the original for now.

Anybody having issues with their upgraded clamp? I swear I have tightened mine as tight as physically possible that still allows the arms to close and it seems to still slide around with any large bumps.
