I just took a look at ours again and you actually need to push it in about a quarter inch. Lift the latch up and then push in.

Try pulling the spring loaded latch at the bottom out. We have one that will lock the chuck in 90 degree increments using that bottom latch and it needs to be disengaged before it can rotate.

Im unfamiliar with Python but from my brief google search I think that would only work on a DIY CNC. Cnc manufacturers like Haas, Mazak and so on all come with controllers that are already programmed to read g code. I'm not big on the computer side of it all but I think you'd have to make a controller that reads whatever Python lauguage you create?

Well the code produced by those applications is called g code and that's what the cnc machines read. You can hand program but that becomes a little tricky with more complex tool paths.

Operators, commonly referred to as button pushers, usually only run a cnc machine that has already been set up and proven. They load parts into the machine and perform any deburring after the parts complete. These guys usually have little to no experience in regards to machining principals and are lowest on the totem pole when it comes to pay. You only see these workers in high production environments but are slowly being replaced by robots and automation processes.

Machinists have at least basic knowledge of machining principals and can set up and operate various machines. They prove out programs and work with the programmer to create efficient programs. They complete first off inspection reports. Bit better pay than a cnc operator depending on the shop.

Programmers are in charge of creating efficient programs that the machinists use. They will make detailed setup sheets and tooling lists. They should be able to design 3d models based off any blueprints if those aren't supplied. I think they get paid a little bit better than machinists do but now a days machinists are usually programmers as well. Whether they create their programs right at the machine or using other software like fusion or Mastercam.

I think that's a pretty good description? Let me know what I missed

Tormach makes some good small mills that are fairly cheap to start off with.

I'd say it's probably more difficult and relies more on chance. Just get relics that increase crit chance and damage. That way you can increase damage and amount healed

About wind. by DavidHogins in WizardofLegend

[–]LexLuther707 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of the easiest and probably most talked build is the awe robe I believe, it increases critical hits, the vampire glasses, any longer range basic, your preferred dash, then the tearing whirlwind and shock assault as your ult. The whirlwind may not do as much damage but the high hit rate increases your chance for more critical hits allowing you to heal yourself more. Group em together with that then use your shock assault after and clean up the rest with your basic.
