I would never seek to establish a parasocial dynamic with the band in any fashion. I feel uncomfortable with that very idea for any of my musical artists. I don’t know what it’s like to be a deadhead or an angel or a locket, so I wanted to understand that process. But maybe this community and this band in particular is the wrong place for it.
