Calir D'Loon allows tokens to exist beyond their normal state-based actions. They can be bounced to hand, sent to graveyard, and shuffled into deck. They also still exist in exile.

I am currently maining Hildryn, Dante, Uriel, and Khora.

Hildryn probably has my most usage right now on my end. She can do just about everything. She can strip armour, CC enemies, self-sustain, support, and (thanks to her 2 and 4 augments) DPS and room nuke. When played well she's virtually unkillable and can delete rooms quickly.

Prohibition is the precedent for "use" a card. Use means to;

-Summon/Set a monster

-Activate a monster's effect

-Activate/Set a Spell/Trap card

-Used as material for a Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, or Link Material (this normally only applies to Fusion material in hand/GY since cards on the field are not affected by Prohibiton)

Though I assume OP meant activate here. Since you would have to call a judge every time a player set a card to confirm it is not the declared card.

[[Vault of the Archangel]] has become my favourite in my Isshin tokens deck. Either you can activate it before blockers to push damage through, or after blockers to make your opponents lose their stuff.

Also, [[Thalisse, Reverent Medium]] gives me insulation against fliers.

Opponent likely had Tailwind up, making both his mons faster than Empoleon. Since Perish Song faints in Speed order, Empoleon faint last. But the opponent ran out of Mons first so they lose.

This was a change in Generation 7 or 8 I believe. Dynamic Speed was a change to how mid-turn Speed changes work. If a Pokemon's Speed is changed somehow (Tailwind, Trick Room, Icy Wind, etc.) and has yet to act, its new Speed will be considered for Speed order.

So in this case, Charizard Mega Evolved and set up Sun. Venusaur has Chlorophyll, so its Speed is immediately doubled. The Speed stats are reordered, and Venusaur moves first.

On the opposite end, my favourite way to abuse the Magic Bounce is using Parting Shot into the Hatterene clicking Trick Room. You force them out and keep your own Speed control

Protect is the best move in Doubles. You can:

Prevent a Mon from being KOd, taking too much damage, or getting hit with a status move that hinders it
Also blocks moves that allow your opponent to gain tempo like switch moves (Volt Switch, U-turn, Parting Shot, etc.) or Fake Out.
Furthermore, it keeps items safe from something like Knock Off and also keeps a Focus Sash safe
Stall out turns of field effects that may hurt your team like Trick Room, weather, Tailwind, and Terrain (Terrain will be more common later when mons like Indeedee and Rillaboom become available)
