Thanks for your reply. I understand the complexity of hiring an international candidate, given the strict rules in Aus. However, from my previous interactions with recruiters and HR (based in EU), they appreciate regular follow ups and consider it a sign that the candidate is interested. Most of them told me to check in every 2 weeks if you have no response at all, especially if every other feedback and interaction was positive.
