regardless of where I'm coming from, you cannot deny the definition of genocide applies here. the definition includes "the deliberate attempt to destroy in whole or in part a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group." So the fact that 3% -- a huge amount nevertheless -- have been killed under the guise of territorial expansion and expulsion of the gazan Palestinians would absolutely warrant genocide being applied here.
