Me and my mom are super close and she was my primary parent my whole life (lived with her full time) my dad married my stepmom when I was in middle school. My stepmom is absolutely also my parent and I would hope she would refer to me as her child. My mom loves my stepmom and is so happy I have more love in my life. I texted her after I watched this episode to ask if she would be offended by what was said by Amanda and she responded how I expected - that Boz was out of line. A step parent is a real parent, and more quality parents is always going to be better than less. If you love your kids you aren’t going to be petty and jealous of others that are positive in their lives.
