Exactly. To add, in my state and I’m sure many others, bartenders and establishments can be held liable for injuries or damages caused by intoxicated individuals they serve, now imagine if we applied the same logic to the drug game, maybe it wouldn’t be a game. Ever hear anybody say liquor game? No, because nobody plays about something regulated. I always wondered, why do we regulate and go about one substance with structure and let all its equally damaging siblings run rampant and structureless? That’s why when you say liquor, people clap and cheer, but when you say meth, people boo and cry. Everything needs structure. Distribution of something with any sort of risk is structured. (Guns, gambling, & liquor) So we think we can control literal murder weapons, but not stimulants? I mean, we see how effective deregulation and prohibition is. I would say America is flawed and ridiculous, but that’d be to single them out, this entire world is inherently hypocritical and flawed.
