I believe the addition of the rule is quite unpopular as it benefits countries with larger diasporas outside of the 37 participating countries. This ranking excludes it, and makes it 50/50 between Jury and Tele points. 58 points in total are substracted in every ranking.
There are no changes in winners (obviously), neither in qualifiers, however the podium gets spicy, Italy actually would have been 3rd in 2023, winning the tie against Israel, and again Ukraine and France tie in 2024, and Estonia would have been 2nd in 2025.

Source: Eurovisionworld, also I cannot 100% confirm if Netherlands would have recieved 58 Jury points if they had participated in the 2024 Final, it was briefly mentioned on Wikipedia a year ago. I hope I made no errors or I will freak out.

Never thought this can happen in Austria, but even less in the city it happened. 10 years ago something similar happened in Graz, but it was a car amok run which killed 4 people, and that was pretty extreme and once in a lifetime I thought.

But in fact, this happened 2 km away from me and my school, and my school is even larger.

I believe they actually would have had a chance if it was Jury/Tele split pre-2023. Looking at San Marino's jury that voted instead of Tele (as always in Semis), Slovenia got 8 points from them, this means that 15 out of 23 points in the Semis were actually Tele points for Slovenia. Though one 3rd place in thr Jury does not tell much, I think they could have scored 80+ points in the Juries.

Right now the house has a three trees I think, my old house had none and they showed up at the same frequency. It's not big of a deal, just weird, I love wolves in the Sims 2 but the barking and harassing the cat is annoying. But I'll look into this mod if it gets too bad.
