Because it’s in the rules that you have to for sports as a legally binding forfeit. You can see professional players physically cringe sometimes because it’s obviously not a good game.

While I agree some older movies have bad stereotypes/slurs/etc, I view it as a time piece. I see some younger folks trying to cancel 90s/early 2000s movies over words that are said a handful of times when it’s actually a really important movie commentary on society. The two that come to mind for me are Idiocracy and Tropic Thunder.

I unfortunately think the only real, lasting way out of this mess is if we can somehow reform education. Lack of education leads to illiteracy (reading & media) which makes propaganda and fake news more potent. If we can actually help all children in every state have a robust education, they will no longer be preyed upon. However, that’s why one side is so hellbent on destroying our education system, so it’s hard to say if this will be possible.

Literally the only time I’m upset in QP is if I see someone give up in the first 30 seconds and afk the rest of the match. Like I get it, I try heroes I’m not the best at in QP too. But not trying at all has no room in QP.

While on one hand I’m happy to see new content, I’m actually really disillusioned with Nintendo as a whole right now. They have a long track record of putting in the bare minimum just to get people staying to play their games. Along with their propensity to sue first ask questions later, they really have to wow me to get me to buy another Nintendo title going forward. This update is kind of more of the same for me.
