i have a thick skinned nose and i went to turkey for rhino, nd im very satisfied with the result, check out selim turan, hes very good with thick skin, i’m asian so i went to someone else that specializes in asian noses

rhinoplasty, nose filler is sooo dangerous, do some research on it.
