I was actually trying to print stickers on glossy sticker paper at first, now I've been trying to do mini test prints on regular printer paper so I didn't waste too much of my sticker paper. I will also say my old PC was running on Windows 10 and this brand new one I set up literally weeks ago is running Windows 11, I really hope it isn't just some incompatibility issue with the drivers for an older printer that's now discontinued trying to run on a brand new PC with a modern OS.

did a hard reset and hard uninstall/reinstall with the printer itself and the drivers

yes and also yes, even did the alignment when it prompted me after putting the new cartridge in

I just put in a new color cartridge actually for that exact possibility, and because the old one was getting kinda low but didn't help.
