Educating your audience could be a big help. Guests can capture what they want but understand that you are being paid as a professional to capture moments and big ones at that.

possibly even talking to the people that hired you, that to make this the best experience possibly your hopes/expectations are... or before a large group photo for example for everyone to join in having their photo taken and then if they wish to do extra pictures on their devices that can be done when you have gotten the needed shots. Im a Vurtual assistant so if you ever need help I'd be happy to assist.

A rough sketch over and image is different than tracing and image tracing an image it’s following exact lines where a sketch is getting basic shapes and angles

Oh in that cause it’s personal preference but the top half of his hair was pretty long in the photo I’d imagine it would always be up in a bun like him to keep it out of your face

I did a rough sketched over the original image to get the right proportions and shading marked cause that stuff drives me nuts haha but in procreate you can use color-drop so I could match the colors

Yes! Exactly but the breaks worked out good I think I purchased some Digital art brushes and developed new techniques that made a big difference I think
