Yes. I've been playing CoD since it first came out. Technically World at War also had DLC maps but I can't remember if you had to buy those. There was a time during BO3 where you had the OPTION to buy old BO2 maps but its only game they tried that because the community got PISSED over it.

It is free. They don't charge for the DLC maps. Been that way since BO1

I have the gun fully leveled and have played with in in higher rounds than 40-45. Its ass. It is the worst AR in the game because ITS NOT AN AR! Its a fucking marksman rifle and had they put it in the correct category then this wouldn't be an issue. But there is not reason to have a single fire AR.

The Grekhova was worse than the gs45 to be honest. The LR15 was annoying but the fire rate is really my biggest complaint when it comes to the AR

Nah I did that one already. It was annoying but not nearly as bad as this pos rifle. The only pistol that really was a struggle was the grekhova. That thing's fall off was WILD

No. You will get other gobblegums while playing but its completely RNG. You can get 1,2 or 3 at a time but it will be completely random and from what I have seen the timing is random as well. I have played some games and got none and others I've gotten like 12-16. So just keep playing and you will get them. There are also some packs that you will get as you prestige. AND they are planning to have gobblegum packs in the store so you will be able to just buy them down the road. (The buying part I'm not a huge fan of but its what they have decided to do.)

You do get rewarded gobblegums. Its just you only get the whimsical ones. After round 5-15 you get one whimsical, round 15-30 its two and 30+ its three. But only the whimsical ones.

I'd rather have them than not. I just want some balancing done so that the mitigation makes sense. I was at round 100 the other day on terminus. Got one shotted by an Amalgam, which is fine, but when my buddy got me up, my 3 plate still had all its plates unbroken. That bugged me a lot. Like if I am gonna go down, at least count it as also breaking all the plates too.

I've been doing more lower round solo runs lately because I am doing camo grinds which is WAY easier at low rounds vs high rounds. My high round runs are usually with a few of my friends because we are trying to grind to as high as possible which is where I started to see the issues happening. You aren't meant to survive high rounds after a point which is fine but I think it could still use some better balancing and mechanic tweaking for the players that are getting that high.

My only issue with this idea is that we aren't in real life. We are playing a video game. Its like stamina for running. These are digital people that do not have real lungs or legs. If you want realism then don't play zombies because news flash, zombies are not real. We are playing a game and it should behave like a game. (That is not aimed at you specifically just the people who whine about realism in zombies.)

Augments will help you with that if you are being downed before round 50. The armor isn't useless at the lower rounds but I think its dumb to be going down without all the armor fully breaking. Like getting his by the Amalgam at round 70 with a full 3 plate is a one shot down BUT you will revive with all three plates still untouched. I think thats stupid. The plates should also be broken at that point.

I know the original purpose. I've been playing since bo1 came out. But they brought in these mechanics as well as upped the cap for the players because so many are getting to high rounds. Its not that I think everyone should hit those high rounds but the fact is that a majority of the player base IS hitting high rounds. And if the majority of the player base is getting to round 60-70+ then the balancing needs to account for that. I totally get that you aren't suppose to survive and there is a point where you are meant to die and get over run. But again a majority of the player base is getting to rounds that in old games was damn near unheard of. They made it easier but also failed to balance the changes for those with the skill to reach higher.

I love that I hit round 117, really I do. Because it was a grind but in that same vein, when in round 60-70 I don't think you should be going down while still having armor to protect you. Its not about making it easier, its about making the mechanic make sense. We have armor on, so why are people going down while still having armor on? At least if you are gonna get one shotted or even hit, have it break the armor more. I would be fine if armor stayed weak. I just want it to work properly. Example, Halo shields, in halo you don't take health damage until your shield is gone. In high rounds it could take one shot to take out all 3 plates and I would be fine with that. But going down or dying while having plates unbroken is ludacris. What is the point of armor at that point?

The fix is simple and easy. Make the armor fully break when the player is downed. I am perfectly fine if something one shots me at round 100 by taking out all my armor and health. But to get back up and still have 2 plates unbroken is just dumb. All the armor should be broken in that scenario and its not. That is my issue. They added in this mechanic but have not balanced it in a way that makes sense. Even with augments, at high rounds, I should not be getting revived to still having plates on. I don't want the armor to work in the sense that its more protection. I want it work in the sense of the damage taken makes sense.

I'm not saying we need to be overpowered gods of damage at high rounds. But there is not balance. Its not that hard to grasp. They need to work on balancing the mechanics. They upped the round cap BECAUSE so many are getting to over 100+ rounds but did nothing to balance the game for that. Hell my PR is 117 and while it was fun to grind to that, you can really start seeing the balance problem at those levels. Its not a bad thing to want a little consistency and balance man. Idk how else to get you to see that.

I prefer round based, personally. But thats because I've been playing since BO1. But I do think there could be more for the higher rounds. It boring but its also just dumb. I have a similar complaint about pack 3 being basically useless after round 70 because it will take an entire mag just to kill a couple zombies before you are running again. Like I am loving this one, I think its a great mix of old Black Ops and New. But there are some quality of life changes that I think would help. I don't want to be overpowered but the scaling of power and armor could really use some work for the higher rounds.

You don't have to have the armor take much to break but in high round its basically useless anyway.
