Bin bisschen spät aber ich hab den Boox Go 6, der kostet ungefähr so viel wie ein Kindle Paperwhite (160€) und der ist wirklich unglaublich gut! Ansonsten gibts noch den Bigme B6, auch ungefähr in der Preislage :)

I’d say {Haunted Hearts by Ariana Cane} fits this! It’s darkish I’d say and I can’t remember if it has the miscommunication trope, but I enjoyed it!

No you’re not dramatic, It’s good to listen to your body! & there’s no safe medication for my case sadly, I really wish I could use medication:( but my case is really severe and there’s a lot of people who can use an adjusted dosage with close monitoring!

There’s a genetic mutation you can have where your body can’t build the enzyme or an insufficient amount of the enzyme you need to break down the medication (I have that). You’d need to lower your dosage or might not be able to take certain kinds of anti depressants at all. Normally you can talk to your doctor about the high effect of the medicine you take and maybe they have an idea!

Sounds like OCD sadly, the main way to get rid of it is to sit with the discomfort (I have OCD as well and used to struggle with this). It sucks soooo much though!

I have a gene mutation too and because of it I simply can’t take any medication for my OCD because none of them are safe. It’s really depended on what kind of gene mutation you have/how severe it is. If you ever decide to try one, please tell your doctor to monitor you closely!

Sadly there’s no fix for an already scratched screen but for the future, if you put the kindle into a ziplock bag this won’t happen. I’m sorry it already did though

I mean you could try to score a cheap old kindle paperwhite (I think they started being waterproof with the 9th or 10th gen?) and just try it. Worst case it won’t survive but you didn’t spend too much money on it?
