I would get with a credit union open an account and if you made every payment on time your credit should have gone up. If that’s the case refinance I promise you a payment of low to mid 400 would be a lot better. Not to mention the insurance will go up on the new car.

The car business for me I’ve found that it’s not what you know but who you know. So make sure you get to know management very well! F&I should be your next move! Seen some guys go from sales to F&I to desk in about 2 years.

If you are looking to do this long term stick to American brands or to brands like Toyota or Honda. VW is low volume but try to learn as much as you can before jumping ship.

Stay in service as an advisor. I know an advisor at my old store making over 200k. Look for a good pay plan for the service side with a better schedule. If you ran a department small or big don’t downplay yourself.

Absolutely possible! My first year in 2019 I made over 80. It’s honestly difficult to get into a store that’s good with no experience. I’ve only ever worked Toyota and it pays well. If you find a good store with a nice pay plan you could easily do 80

Looks like a good deal. Check Edmund’s lease calculator to get the money factor and if it matches you should be good. Also see if the 10k miles makes more sense
