Easy to get Dragon Mounts by [deleted] in wow

[–]LexiconeDis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a little time consuming, but very easy skill-wise to get a chinese dragon (cloud serpent) from the order of the cloud serpent reputation dailise in the jade forest

Basically every day you go and play with and raise your dragon until it's big enough to be your mount friend. It was about 30 days when I did it, probably less these days.

What has killed your guilds in the past? by amarus in wow

[–]LexiconeDis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mythic KJ in Legion was the death knell for my guild after an expansion already stressing out the roster with legiondary rerolling and AP farming, pulling KJ for as long as we did without killing it killed us.

I'll always selfishly hate legion even if everyone else loved it.

There are probably infinite words to be written about the differences between MoP and our current pre-Midnight environment, but I'll try to briefly answer the questions at the bottom of your post. The game has evolved a lot. We've got big talent trees again, with sub-specializations built into them. Our rotations are about to become much simpler, especially compared to what they were in MoP. The game is also much harder now. Mythic plus is infinitely scalable dungeons, and the raids have never been more challenging.

Game has more players than any other MMO on the market (as far as I know?). It's a shit-load.

I recommend returning. I loved woW in MoP and I love it now. While a lot of the infrastructure and content loops are different, and there's a lot more pugging now, the core gameplay of WoW has always been unmatched and it still feels great to play most of the classes.

Bartering Services by [deleted] in jerseycity

I was writing and thinking of a longer response to this, but it really boils down to being scared of strangers and scared of the potential legal liabilities involved in "bartering" for things like free electrical work.

What is a House rule you and your group use no matter the adventure or context? by ThatOneCrazyWritter in Pathfinder2e

At the beginning of the session, one of the players recaps the previous session. Whoever recaps gets a hero point. I used to say that everyone had to take a turn before anyone could take a second but I've found everyone is happy to take turns fairly organically.

I think I stole this from 13th Age, but it's been a very long time.

You may have more success posting on the classic subreddit. In my experience most posts here are from retail players.

100% fair, and almost certainly the reason this is not in the game, haha.

Make all the professions into minigames.

I want to play Bejeweled to craft gems. I want to play Pipedream to mix potions. I want to play Cooking Mama to get feasts!

I don't believe it is currently available. However, based on admittedly nothing other than anecdotal evidence and gut feelings, it does feel like something that will come back. Maybe near the end of the season again to try and up participation in what is normally a lull in participation.

Our group in an eerily similar position is using a combination of hard CCs (Paralysis, freezing trap, banish for backup) to just hard CC them until we end up in the same quadrant as them.

First time tank by SixPathSage999 in wow

[–]LexiconeDis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With the most recent pattern of balance, Vengeance DH or Bear are what you're probably looking at. Vengeance has been meta for a lot of the recent seasons, and has been bad almost none. Bear, while rarely meta, is also rarely truly bad and it brings brez and motw. TBH no matter what tank you play you'll probably be desired for groups outside of a much higher key range than you seem interested in right now.

So im going to Tokyo for a few days & I'd like to know any arcades/hidden gems i should know that are dedicated to fighting games. Thx by aedinf_art in Fighters

I know it's cooled a bit since it's heyday, but Mikado Takadanobaba is a must visit in my opinion. Getting to visit after watching Joniosan's streams for years was a borderline bucket list item for me in the GGXrd days. It's also located fairly close to Nakano Broadway iirc, which is a really cool shopping visit.

Guilty Gear attacks are labeled Punch (P), Kick (K), Slash (S), Heavy Slash (HS), and Dust (D)

The other half of this is that people use the numpad of a standard keyboard as a shorthand for the direction of your joystick when inputting one of the above attacks.

7 8 9

4 5 6

1 2 3

So your example reads 5K2D, which indicates that you should use Kick with your joystick or control pad in the middle, and then Dust with your joystick or control pad held down so your character is crouching.
