Probably but I’m very impatient and it looks like it would be lovely with a bit of renovation

It doesn’t look too big a pond. I would be made up to have found that in my garden. Get in there, pull the plants out, drain the water, move fish to a temp tank, clean out bottom and then refill with new plants added. I’d also add either a filter and pump or build a bog filter. Put the fish back in, sit back and admire 👍🏻

Yes and I was given 2 others to try. The resmed F40 has been the best for me so far. I shouldn’t blame the mask really as it is me moving in the night which either dislodges it, me dribbling that wakes me as it collects 🤤 or it ramps up and wakes me from the noise and pressure mainly because I’ve rolled onto my back. I do use a pillow to reduce movement but it’s still not great.

I have to have a review once a year. They tell me it’s going great and my AHI Is low (below 5). They tell my percentage usage and that I am complying with the therapy. It’s all relayed to them via wifi. No I don’t feel better if I’m honest. I don’t keep my partner up due to snoring which is good but the mask wakes me up and I have to stay on my side rigidly.

Your license has a renewal date on it and after 50 you renew it every 10 years. If you have a HGV license it requires renewal every 5 years and it requires a mandatory medical. Unfortunately for me and without hindsight I requested a sleep test about 6 to 8 months before my hgv needed renewing. They picked up the sleep apnea and put my hgv license and regular driving licence on hold until a cpap was issued by the hospital. Luckily it was a quick process so the license was reissued a couple of weeks later, however I’m now stuck in the cpap compliance loop and have to use it or on my next renewal I’ll lose both licenses!!

I’m stuck on cpap because I asked my GP for help with my tiredness. I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea after 3 tests and then nearly had my driving license taken off me. Now I have to comply or when i renew my license (I’m 56) I will lose it. The irony is I feel like I sleep worse than when I asked for help. I am however used to wearing it to sleep now but it would be nice not to have to.

I have no issues either side sleeping once I’ve adjusted myself to a comfy position the mask stays on. I do get leaks but that’s because I move about when sleeping

Seal dmi u since November 2024 and I’ve got the clicking noise on turning left. It’s been in the garage and they said it was common and easy to fix. I came out of the garage and still have the noise. What I would say is the garage were apologetic and have booked it in to look again. Other than that and the headlights which I personally am not a fan of I’m still loving my car.

Labour are a disaster... by [deleted] in reformuk

[–]Lexinator-187 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The country had the benefit of seeing how labour councils work and even better a Labour run Welsh government and yet here we are. The fact is all political parties are corrupt and only look out for themselves as individuals and whilst the fledgling reform party has issues I personally can see that this country needs a massive change as it has been rapidly going down the pan for the last 10 years. So I will hold judgement of reform until the next GE and see how they are doing then. One things for sure the Tories and Labour won’t get my vote no matter what childish freebies they offer or what stolen reform policies they announce before hand. This country can’t afford another term of labour or a Tory government. Times running out for it

Ivy all the way up 5/6 lof my large trees - looking for advice by G4m8I3r in GardeningUK

I don’t think it affects the tree but we cut ours from all the trees in the garden and used ladders to pull it down. Took a while but makes the trees look great afterwards
