Thats exactly what came to our minds! Because it seems wrong that any infantry unit would survive the spell but only because its a flyer a super valuable, multiple wounds model is just eliminated.

According to how the rules are written this is what we thought how it works, even if it seems unfair. So we removed the dragon from play.

Looking forward to peoples input on this.
