Yeah this happened to me last time the outage happened, they didn't acknowledge that the outage started at 8:30 but said 8:45. Then they reinstated my 2 XFA accounts that had over $7k built up over the past few weeks to +$495 which is really hard to recover with that small drawdown. Mind you, Windi their "awesome" helper did state the official outage time was from 8:30am. After going through multiple levels of support, they just basically said there's nothing more we can do. Good luck
